Wrong shoes received

I have 30 pairs of your shoes. I ordered a new pair of silver and received gold. I am still waiting for the replacement pair Your customer service is not easy to deal with. I have requested help in determining the color of a shoe on the web site. No one responds Your shoes are outstanding. I wish customer service was as good!
