Inexpensive sterile saline for rinsing and filling
Seems to keep scleral lenses clearer, longer than other sterile saline fillers. Bottles must be used within two weeks of opening, but that isn't usually an issue if you use to both rinse and fill.

Perfect size
I had been wasting so much saline in the 4 oz size because of needing to discard a bottle after 2 weeks of opening it. So, the smaller size is great. I stopped ordering this item from Amazon when I received some that weren't properly sealed. My optometrist told me about The Dry Eye Shop. Every box of PuriLens has a seal so you know they have not been tampered with. Also, this store is reliable and offers a wealth of information, videos, reviews, tips, etc.

Scleral Lens Life Saver
I have keratoconus and wear scleral lens, and this was recommended to me by my specialist. It was a way to get more product for greater value. I was using initially single use which was killing me with the cost. I have to put in and out sclerals multiple times a day, and having single use saline was not feasible financially. This was a great method for me to continue to use the saline. I was advised to never use longer than 14 days, and to always keep clean. One bottle usually last me a week. It is my favorite product for my sclerals, and is buffered, so it feels really nice on my eyes. Other filling solutions can sometimes feel harsh or cause itching, but this one worked out great for me. For a single use alternative, scleralfil is very similar. It was an easy budget replacement for scleralfil.
