Optase MGD Advanced (10mL MDPF bottle)

Comfortable

My eyes feel comfortable using these drops at night (I wear scleral lenses in the day & don’t need drops during the day). I had been using different nighttime eye drops. I wanted to try something new to see if different eye drops gave me any better relief. I have been using Optase MGD Advanced for a couple of weeks, and these make my eyes feel more comfortable than the other drops I had been using. As noted by others, as the bottle gets closer to empty, it does take more pressure to squeeze out the drops. This has not been a problem for me. (This might be an issue for others?) I am happy I gave these a try.

Very hydrating

I’ve used Systane, Xiidra, and Tyrvaya in the past but none are as hydrating as Optase MGD. This drop is very soothing and effective and it does not result in excess tearing. The only negative is that the oddly shaped dropper takes some practice and skill to use toward the end of the bottle.
