I have been using thus product for some time and it has been great for me.

This has happened to me many times. Several times I've bought this product, and when I open the package, it's already opened, which lowers the product's quality. I notice as soon as I apply it to my eyelashes, and the product doesn't give me the results I want; I'm not satisfied.
