The customer service of this brand is atrocious. After finding out the presence of controversial parabens in these products, I reached out immediately after placing the order for cancellation of my purchase. They ignored my emails and proceeded to ship out the order. Now, after a week of emailing the support email for help with the return process, I was completely ignored. I found out about their chat support and connected with the representative Veronica. She responded at first, and the moment I asked for a return she sent a message asking me to confirm if I actually wanted to return, and manually disconnected me from the chat without waiting for a response literally a second lager. So unprofessional, so impolite, so improper. I am blown away at this level of poor customer care. Why should it be this difficult to get in touch with anyone and when I do to be treated this in such a manner? The products themselves contain ingredients I cannot recommend. What I can recommend is researching them thoroughly.
