52" Industrial Downrod Mount Ceiling Fan with Lighting and Remote Control

Return Policy is unclear

Received the fan and it’s too big for the room we purchased it for. Contacted customer service twice and was given conflicting information. Must return at my expense if there is nothing wrong with the fan, but also told they don’t accept returns if nothing is wrong with it. Also told to send a picture that it’s unused, still in box to receive a $25 refund, then it was changed to $35. Should have purchased from Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon.
