The steak is juicy, right amount of marbling, tender, loaded with flavor, and has a minimum amount of fat. I will order again.

Everything was great, the taste, flavor and texture all very good. Packaging was just right as the dry Ice was just running out and the meat was still frozen. Thank you! Bob
