My Jumbo Moisture Plus Shampoo, and the Incredible Milk Conditioner I ordered froze solid by the time it arrived to my house. I sent an email explaining the problem, No one seemed to care. I'am not happy with Milk Shake if you're going to just simply ignore the problem.
