This book is such a gem. Feelings Need Feelings does a beautiful job of helping kids understand that emotions aren’t bad—they just need to be felt and supported. It’s simple, heartfelt, and makes tricky feelings feel okay. The illustrations are great, and it opens up really good conversations. A must-read for helping kids (and grown-ups!) build emotional awareness.

Amazing resource! My students love the spots and now the spots have teams! They also put scribble and emotion detective on a team because they help other find what they are feeling and they weren't originally on a team ;).
