Great customer service
My grandson’s raccoon Warmie had a hole in it and customer service answered my email, sent us a new one and received it within 4 days.

First purchase
We ordered 9 warmies at Christmas. Three warmies came unsewn almost immediately. We reached out to Warmie. They were wonderful. They replaced all 3, however one of them came apart at the seam the same day we received it. It’s like the stitches are finished after filling. We don’t know if they is a testament to the company/ product themselves or not. We know we haven’t been rough or anything. They sit on beds and look adorable. If you are willing to properly stitched the up yourself, they are worth it!
