SO Happy
We purchased a Trex warmie for our son. Unfortunately Trex started to leak little beads. We contacted the company and they did a fabulous job sending a new one out to us ! We love warmies and have never had any problem with any of their products. We have lots of them in our home!

Blue Dino
I purchased this cute blue TRex because I had surgery coming up. I named him Blue. Blue brought me such comfort as I recovered from surgery. I warmed him in the microwave and tucked him in my sweatshirt. It was so warm and soothing. It helped me rest and sleep. I am so grateful for this product and to my niece who requested Warmies for her children's Christmas gifts.

Excellent!
Received the Rex with a tear on a seam. I emailed them and received an immediate response. After submitting a photo they sent me a new one free! Excellent customer service! Will continue to recommend to all my friends!!
