Dark Circus Perfume Oil

Creepy!

The description said "unsettling" and I just have completed ignored that but that's exactly how this made me feel at first. I was excited for the dark notes of nighttime, emptiness and abandonment but what came over me was such a sense of dread and discomfort that I was quite SHOCKED after application and I was truly rethinking my perfume decision for the day (and the purchase overall because i wasn't sure this was for me). This is true haunted Halloween night in a bottle, post haunted house, a little shook and definitely unsettling. The damp dirt was giving me goosebumps thinking about desperately wanting to get home to warm up....man this one got to me. But as time went on as it dried and mellowed I got a lot more popcorn, musk, and overall nighttime during fall without the....fear? But 5 stars because of the olfactory experience. Dark Circus is cool as heck and very very wearable despite my initial reaction, but I'm more mindful to not wear this at 5am off to work, where I certainly wasn't feeling this mood! I highly recommend if you're looking for a truly dark, spooky scent that rounds out into the absolute essence of the season. Heck yes

Exactly as described

It's very rubber/latex forward but it dries down into the more buttery undertones. Very spooky smelling, I love it.

I felt the popcorn note was there longer than I wanted but as it dried down more, I liked it.
