the product is Excellent. Shoes really outstanding! i didn't rate 5 stars because of 2 reasons. First of all it's not easy to uderstand what is the status of the shoe making and if the order is processed correctly. you need to contact helpdesk for this. second point is the costs for Eu cizenships. this is independend from the platinum company. You need to add approx 50 euros extra to the price for vat and customs clearance. would be good to have this info when buying.
