True to size! I am a women’s 6.5 and the sizing is perfect. My feet are also on the narrow side. I did not expect much in terms of cushion but the shoe has better cushion and arch support than my veja campo sneakers. Kickscrew was super prompt with delivery. Very happy with mh experience with them.
