I do not understand what “order protection” is and why I purchased it. I submitted a return for this item and paid for the return shipping myself. Instead of refunding the money to my original payment method after receiving the item, the amount was credited to my store account. I was not aware that the refund would not be returned to my card. Today, I placed another order on your website and paid for it again. Only after that did I see your email informing me that the refund had been issued as store credit instead of being returned to my card. I sent an email asking you to cancel today’s order so that I could place it again using the store credit on my account, but I have not received a response. By the time you reply, the carrier may already pick up the package, and the order will no longer be possible to cancel. Please clarify this situation as soon as possible.
