Sleeper Hold Travel Pillow

Okay but not superb

I bought it because it offered eye pieces that would fold up while I could relax my neck and watch a movie if I didn’t want to sleep. (My glasses held the eye pieces up). However, if the person next to me hadn’t handed it to me I might have forgotten to repack the pillow at the end of the flight. And the pillow doesn’t really support my neck. It’s too small.

Customer service

I bought two, but haven’t used yet. However, the standard strap on both units was defective. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me two replacements which i am delighted to say work perfectly. I can’t wait to try it out on an upcoming trip.

Not for the sleeper who tends to move or adjust their body.

I may have setup of the head strap wrong because there was a significant amount of pressure on my forehead, even after adjusting the straps to make it slightly looser. I also tend to move and adjust during my sleep on planes and this product does not allow for much moving or adjusting when in use. I used it on my departure flight but did not even pull it out of the bag on my return flight.
