I’ve ordered the Chilean twice before and have been very satisfied!

Chilean merlot

So far so good. It’s not done yet. The grape skins are a new thing to me. That added a little excitement as they bubbled over quite a bit. I saw a grape skin experiment where he left the skins in the primary fermenter for extra time and that’s where I am now. Next week I’ll switch over to the car boy for secondary fermentation. Looking forward to this wine.
