I love these kits. Easy to execute and always good wine. We have lots of fun with bottling parties and folks can take a bottle home.

Merlot kit

Always turns out great,, I have started to back sweeten recently to take it just off dry, my wife likes it better like that. Been in the bottles now for about a month, give it another 3 months then it really starts to “come around”
