Directions are easy to follow. Wine is really good for the price.

Nice White Wine

Very nice flavor with a good touch of frutiness. Made about 5.25 instead of 6 gal and added 8 oz of sugar to boost alcohol to about 13%. Also put on 0.5 oz of French oak cubes for a month for little more oak. Will definitely make again.
