I love my walking stick! Its very sturdy, while i am not. It gives me back the confidence i have lost as i age. Adding to it’s appeal, the stick is beautiful so i don’t have to feel weird carrying it. It arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged.

I own 5 Brazo’s Twisted Oak Ergonamic Fitness Walking sticks. I placed one in each car I drive and 3 in my house in most visited rooms. Brazo’s Walking sticks I have are marvelous, helps me a great deal in enhancing my balance, a very well made, helps me in being. able to walk with confidence.

Return issue

I ordered this stick which I thought is exactly like one I have owned for over 10 years. When I received it it was a beautifully crafted stick as my current one. Unfortunately it was considerably thicker throughout especially in the handle but what is a real problem was how much heavier was. You have done everything you could to prevent me from returning for a refund. I accepted your requirements and restocking fee but I still have not received a return authorization.
