I haven't really had time to test it all out yet. I find the documentation to be low. Yes there are some videos but it takes time to go through those. I find that I prefer scanning a manual. I have manly used the Booster mode so far but of course do not see any difference. I honestly have been too busy to go through the app to see all that it can do.

Horrible Fulfillment & Logistics for what looks like a good product

I had researched about at-home skin care device that can improve lifting, skin tone and texture, and decided to purchase the Medicube device. I ordered the device from Medicube's website directly. It took 4 weeks for me to receive it. The Support team kept apologizing cordially for the delay but that was useless to me. When I finally requested for a refund when there was no hope of receiving it. They then turned around to tell me that the order has been shipped, and refused to issue a refund. Finally 4 weeks later (from the purchase date), the package arrived. From what the Support team was indicating, they were short in stock. Hence, the processing time took 3 weeks!
