Silk Peptide EGF Toner

​I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product delivered bears no resemblance to what is advertised online. Instead of the authentic Korean product featured on the site, I received tiny, generic, unbranded bottles containing an unrecognizable milky-white liquid. ​The marketing is completely misleading, and the severe lack of product transparency is deeply frustrating. I strongly advise potential buyers to do thorough research and exercise extreme caution before ordering from this company.

I wanted to give it no stars but your system wouldn't let me. Hanae is a fake store and they're sending fake products, not what they advertise. the "toner" I received was in a tiny bottle with no brand name and no ingredients listed so I refuse to put it on my face. can you please help me get my money back? Hanae customer service is not answering me and when I tried to contact them via Shop I got the message that that product didn't exist. Cindy

Only been using it for a few days, so no results to speak of yet. That said, I bought this thinking the bottle was MUCH bigger than it is. Watching the Ads, the bottle looks to be about 8-10 ounces, but what I received was under 4 ounces. Not a big fan of deceit, so I doubt I’ll be buying this again. Also made sure to tell some ppl cause they were going to buy it as well, because they thought the bottle was much bigger. $35 for 4oz of toner is insane
