Prisma Monochrome Rug

I love this rug! The soft grey color is perfect. It is placed next to our dining table where we have high walking traffic in the house. It’s easy to spot clean.

Nice rug

Got this rug for my husband‘s office. The pattern is subtle enough that it’s not too busy and the colors go well with his light blue gray walls. Love, the fact that it is soft and the backing is nonslip as I don’t like dealing with rug pads!

Unparalleled

Ruggable’s customer service is amazing. I bought the Prisma rug for my kitchen. It’s a really soft, great rug. It had a snag. I contacted customer service. They immediately sent a replacement & made the whole process so easy. I bought a different brand rug before. They sent a green rug instead of the grey one I ordered. It was labeled incorrectly. I contacted their customer service, returned the rug & never heard anything. No refund, no replacement rug sent, no communication at all. I contacted them after a week & was told that the warehouse had refused my return because I was attempting to substitute the rug for the same color, even though the first one was wrong. Ruggable may be a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality and the way they stand behind their product.
