8Ft No Excuses Travel Rod with Tube Medium-Heavy Action 1/2oz to 2oz

We’ll see…..I got it for a trip to Alaska. I’ll try it on the charter, off the beach, and in some of the rivers. I’ve paired it with a Penn Battle 4000 that came with an extra spool so 8lb on one and 30 braid on the other.

We went surfperch fishing using two ounce weights in the surf. They cast nice and handle the weight well. Great looking rods as well. They pack nice on the motorcycles. Can't wait for our next adventure. We'll be taking them up to the Olympic peninsula next, for four days of fishing the surf and camping on our bikes. Thank you for a great product!!

Can't wait to use this rod at the Pacific coast here in WA State. The rod itself is pretty good specially it comes with case.
