Second time buying - LOVE IT

My first one broke after multiple years of use. I loved pulling that thing out and seeing other people's reactions. I used it so much it eventually broke on me. Springs came out and wouldn't hold. So I bought another one after years of use! Thanks for making this product.

I misread the description of the shaft caddie and thought it would clamp to the 4 sided struts on my Yamaha cart. Of course it’s not made for that application, so my fault it wouldn’t work for me. However, I want to say the quality of the device is outstanding, and the carbon fiber looks great. Despite this being my fault, I was promptly issued a return authorization for quick and easy processing. Great quality, great company!
