Printed all the pages and it’s my go to for all my dehydration questions and “how to” steps. I also go the her website and print out any extra information and attach to the instructional sheet for extra reference. Great teacher!

Darcy is the reason I'm here. She shoots straight, seems genuinely concerned to teach you things that actually saves you money. Plus, although she sells her books, she isn't always shoving things at us to purchase. I had never heard of conditioning what I dehydrated but understand now why some of what I dehydrated spoiled. Looking forward to learning more!
