Dont waste your money! The product is really stiff on your skin which made it really hard to sleep with it on. I used it every few days for about two weeks and saw no visible difference. Also, the purchase automically offers a subscription (so read your order carefully) which auto-renews and there are no reminders of the next purchase coming up like on other sites. The return process has been a nightmare! It took three weeks for an initial email response from the company and even though I already sent the product back at my own expense, I was basically told there would be no returns offered, only discounted product. No thank you! Consider this a lesson learned.

The product is advertised as Korean made. In fact it is Chinese. I recalled the order immediately, but was denied the return (whole product was still in China). I requested money back - never received $ return. Moreover, i was charged again next month (withiut my permission) - to my request to stop delivery and $ return, i was given an explanation, “you signed up for it”. To my response about conflict with the Co and thier questionable ethics i was given no response. I ended up being charged 3 times; having 3 parcels (unopened), and extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Your advice as to my next steps would be appreciated. Needless to say - i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT or business with this company.
