Reward Patches

My son hates reading, but loves history and wars. He is so excited about these books. We just started the first book and he is loving them. We read the chapters together and also complete the curriculum questions, which are just 5 multiple choice questions and only take a few minutes. I told him I would order an army bacpack off of Amazon and we would iron on the patches as he earns them. He seem to light up at the idea that he could show them off to his friends. I really love this idea and the fact that boys will ALWAYS be boys!

My son loves the patches! They are great motivators for completing each book. They’re definitely geared towards 9-12 year olds!
