Selkirk AMPED Control - S2 - Pickleball Paddle

My wife and I tried these paddles out and they are great for our style of play. The shorter handle helps alleviate discomfort in the wrist and elbows along with opening up so many more shot options due to the better range of angles. The larger paddle face increases the sweet spot also helping impact feel softer but just as powerful and between the size of the paddle face and the grit this paddle provides better control and spin.

Good paddle, good sale

Short handle size suits me best. First time trying it. Feels like more control in hitting spin shots. Power fine. No dead spots. Decent look.

Good spin, lacks power

This paddle provides amazing spin but the power is low. I have to swing much harder than normal to get the same pop of power I am used to on ground strokes. I’m going to sell the paddle to someone if I can and stick to my old paddle.
