I first purchased one of these books to read with my 3 teenaged daughters. We loved every topic and found it very applicable for this phase of their lives. We thought it was so rich in truth and encouraging that I ordered 7 more copies to give to some of their friends before summer break is over. It will also help the adults going through the book with the teens in a accountability or discipleship atmosphere. The book has short sections and the chapters can be discussed in whatever order works for your group.
