NLT Life Application Study Bible: Edinburgh Theme

Absolutely adore this bible!!

This is an absolutely stunning bible!! I love the book summaries, and the notes are very helpful and well-rounded for various studying purposes. The notes are a mix of context, history, people profiles, life application, with some reflective questions sprinkled in. It’s also my first bible with cross references, and it’s been a wonderful addition for studying! There is also about 200 pages in back for a dictionary, concordance, and other references. It’s truly a robust resource to have in your collection! I would absolutely recommend it, and I’m thrilled to have it!! I will say, there are a few (potential) cons: the pages are a bit thinner than most bible pages I’ve come across so far. It means that the text on each page shadows through, making it harder to read (at night especially). The cream color pages are lovely, but it does make the text have lower contrast for nighttime reading as well. Also, if you mark your bibles, many of my usual bible safe pens and highlighter bleed through the pages, so I’ve needed to buy and use different supplies. But, who doesn’t love buying more stationary anyway?! Even with those few cons, I still adore it, and would absolutely recommend it!

I love my new Bible!

I received this Bible for Mother’s Day and put on tabs from The Daily Grace Co. This is my first study Bible and I love the NLT life application version. My ONLY complaint is that pages feel soo thin compared to my journaling Bible but I’m getting used to it. This is a beautiful Bible!!

I am very pleased with the NLT Life Application Study Bible Edinburgh Theme. Its expanded size, in comparison to my previous edition, is a significant advantage, and I eagerly anticipate utilizing it for in-depth study and spiritual development.
