Chicken Enchilada Chili

Made this for a potluck lunch. A big hit!Full of flavor! Medium heat. Used skinless boneless chicken thighs in the recipe. I will make again.

I’m a repeat offender customer with Savory Spice and I will continue to order from them repeatedly! The products are fairly priced and the perfect match for quick weeknight dinners when I want the ethnic food I enjoy so much but don’t want to go out or pay the prices for them!

Have not tried this yet but I know it won't disappoint!
