Love this product so much it gives me so much reassurance while driving around with my miniature dachshund Gus 💕 who also loves it also so happy I went with the 6x cause its perfect for when he wants to stretch out.

Beautiful and very functional pet carrier seat.

I can not praise the Tavo Pets Maeve car carrier seat enough. It is beautifully made and extremely sturdy. I got the size 7R in 'Fawn' for my tweenie Mini Dachshund, which was perfect, as I wanted to ensure he can fully stretch out in it. The rigid carrier seat base and walls are also really well made, which was important to me, as my dog has bilateral hip dysplasia and I wanted to ensure his hips were fully supported while we are on the move. The two carrier seat lining and mattress options are lovely, he particulary likes the chocolate shearling one! The two base mattress inserts that came with the carrier seat are also great quality for a normal dog, but I swapped them out for an orthopaedic mattress due to my dogs hip dysplasia. The carrier seat canopy is also great quality- I like the way it opens at both ends and the SPF 50 mesh will give me great peace of mind in the summer. I have not used the car seat base yet, but it looks really simple to use also. The carrier seat isn't too heavy to carry, so it would be easy enough to transport from the stroller frame to the car. Overall, I am really happy with the Tavo Pets Maeve car carriwr seat. It is a big investment, but the quality and safety features of the product make it worth every penny in my eyes!
