Elbow Wraps - Blue Camo

The wraps have been helping a lot. I was able to hit 225 the first time 2 weeks ago with the wraps an I just hit 235 with the wraps the other day, aswell as hitting 225 without them finally.

Excellent stiffness compared to my old power system elbow wraps. The thickness of the wrap gives the feeling of high quality. My wrapped bench went up from barely 110 with a hipthrust tiktok technique to a 110 paused and 100kg for 5 reps
