The first time I’ve ever brined a turkey and I chose your brine kit. My turkey was overcooked according to the thermometer BUT, it was not dried out! Moist and delicious were the adjectives I heard from family. I will definitely buy this again when I plan a turkey dinner!

Yummy! The salt brine transformed our Thanksgiving turkey into a truly wonderful meal. I’ll admit over the years of cooking in our home I had erred in the side of “too little” salt used in preparation of the turkey as a former resident would habitually “oversalt” everything before tasting and was morbidly overweight. I was concerned for their health. This year was different and I’m so thankful for the brine to take the guesswork out of preparation…the bird tasted lovely!
