Organic peppermint seeds

Planted these in a hydroponics bin. I'm not sure if mint grows well in hydro, it's growing very slowly. I also planted spearmint, and that is not growing well at all. Any suggestions? In the picture, spearmint is closest, then parsley, then organic peppermint.

Waiting on these to pop up. I absolutely love all my mint plants, very much looking forward to hopefully adding this to my mint garden

I was nervous about planting these seeds. But, within a week, there were seedlings that began to sprout. So excited to see them grow!
