I really love this coffee infused syrup! I enjoy good quality maple syrup for sure, but I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked the coffee infusion. It adds a pleasant bit of bitterness to offset the sweetness of the syrup itself. Plus, it’s a perfect accompaniment to a stack of pancakes with a cup of coffee in the morning!
