Delicious healthy substitute for cane sugar

My wife asked me to add this to my maple syrup order. She used to bake professionally and still does so at home. Sometimes it's difficult to substitute the healthier (and better tasting) maple syrup or honey for cane sugar in recipes, as one is dry and granular and the other liquid. But this maple sugar solves that problem. My wife has used it in some fruit crumbles, and it worked perfectly.
