Titan Buds 2.0

Product it’s faulty. Have asked for a refund but they want to replace. Not listening to customer.

Extremely slow shipping. But they get a star for their customer service response by email.

Definitely prefer the 1.0 ear buds. They lasted 10-12 hrs of play time and sat in my ears without constantly adjusting them to keep them in. 2.0 will continually have to be adjusted and only last 3-4 hrs listening time before requiring recharge. Disappointed ***UPDATE***So here i am 2 weeks shy of purchase date and these earbuds have thrown in the towel completely. R lasts about 2hrs L 2hrs if im lucky. The case holds only 3 charges for each ear bud and therefore continues to chew through and always requires re charging
