Good

It does help with my sleep. But I do agree with other reviews, its very sweet. You can add more water but then I'm afraid I'll be up to go to the bathroom a million times, so I just drink it quick and take a few sips of water after.

Great Product

The nighttime relax has really helped me with winding down for the night. I can feel my body actually starting to relax and am able to fall asleep quickly
