The coffee was good. One glaring issue with a good roaster. All great roasters put the roasted on date directly on the bag. A good sign of care and quality. The bags you sent me have an expiry date that’s way past the date I would stop brewing this coffee. Interesting. No coffee is good for 1 year so I wonder how fresh this coffee actually is for a $200+ purchase.
