I LOVE my helmet but I’m leaving a 3 star review for a few reasons. I followed the sizing guide on Hedons website correctly and the original helmet I ordered was far too small for my head. Even though I did everything correctly and the discrepancy lies with the sizing guide, I had to pay $120 to exchange my already expensive helmet. During the exchange process (which took nearly a month) the customer service team kept in contact with me but it is blatantly obvious that all of their emails are written by chatgpt. I don’t mind overpaying for nice products such as this helmet but a premium price needs to come with premium service, not a copy and paste from an AI tool. I’m not writing Hedon off entirely, I will very likely buy another one of their helmets. But this experience did discourage me from picking up some gloves and apparel from their store.

This is without doubt the best helmet i have ever had. And that’s after 36 years and countless helmets! I highly recommend. Inknow they are not for everyone and exapensive. But they are worth every penny!

Phenomonal product. It is a beautiul helmet. Very quiet for a retro. I recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
