My Arai AD4 took me across the US, Canada, the UK, Morocco, and Australia, and retiring it was not easy. I looked at Klim, Schuberth, and Shoei, but nothing topped the Arai until Hedon started previewing the Psilo Explorer Commander in carbon fiber. I already own a few Hedon Heroine Racers and they are my favorite full-face helmets, so I ordered the moment it was available. It arrived a full month early, and the team was proactive throughout.
The carbon fiber finish is awesome. Sizing is exactly what I expected from Hedon, true to form with zero break-in needed. The weight genuinely surprised me, it is one of the lightest full-face helmets I have worn, with no neck fatigue or pressure points. Airflow is excellent and keeps things fresh without extra noise. Killer helmet all around.
