Product is great. Customer service is non existent. I had an issue with my order and it took six days for someone to contact me back. By that time, my order had shipped and I wasn’t allowed to change/cancel it. Very disappointed in customer service .

This is a review for customer service. I recieved notice of acct being charged, attempted to cancel but No Lucknsince in shipping preparation. Emailed customer service requesting cancellation of shipment, subscription and a refund. Was told I could manage acct online for cancellation and no returns/refunds would be acceptable due to contamination. I replied with a 2nd request and recieved same answer. One question.....what contamination, product is still in shipping packaging? Just seems they could have been a little more helpful in canceling and a return of product. I cant recommend product yea or nay cuz I never used it, thought the spray appeared messy in my opinion. Customer service was lacking. Really sad.

The product itself is very good. However the customer service feels non existent. I bought the starter kit and that’s all and then 1 month later i was charged for another kit- the full kit. I tried to contact customer service be email several times immediately and no one has gotten back to me. I also tried to cancel the order and subscription & i cannot find where to do this. I would really appreciate a resolution.
