Make sure to double-check your subscription settings. I purchased a promotional offer and selected a subscription to renew every 3 months, but I was charged $47 less than a month later.
To make matters worse, the company does not provide a customer service phone number. The only option is to contact them by email, and I have not received a response. Because of the unexpected charge and lack of customer support, I am not satisfied with my purchase or overall experience.

Love this product, not super impressed with the customer service of the company…still haven’t received the missing items from my last order but learned my lesson, i won’t order extras 🤣!
