Truly special knife
I watched Byron Talnott’s cooking videos and was so impressed by his knife and cutting technique. I bought the knife and immediately noticed how it lays in your hand, how easy it is to control its movements. It’s pleasantly light but is not flimsy at all. This is a serious tool.
