Not what I expected

I ordered the flame king 30 lbs cylinder upgrade kit for my travel trailer. Overall, the equipment works satisfactorily. Should be noted; the gas cylinders do not come with the gas gages. Also, the black plastic cover is shipped in 2 pieces, WITHOUT the fasteners required to join the 2 pieces together. Notwithstanding, I did not receive the 10% discount at checkout as promised. I contacted flame king via email, but they didn't refund.
