Holes after 2 weeks

I’m a teacher and got these to help with foot pain since I’m on my feet all day. They make a big difference and are so comfortable, especially with the toe separation. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks of wear they’re already starting thin out and develop holes near the toes. Especially for the price, I was really expecting them to be a “buy it for life” item. Very disappointing :(
