Unfortunately, the filters don't work for me. I measure the level of impurities before and after filtering and is stays above 200 units after I filter! Is there a chance I have been doing something wrong? Thank you, Natalia

I ordered 2 carbon filters. I received 2 membrane filters. It eventually worked out when I contacted customer service and they sent me the carbon filters.
