Within a week of riding on this new elastomer, it cracked and collapsed while I was touring; a horrible mechanical failure while I was on the road. Please replace or refund.

Too short. Too much free movement in seat.

Replacement elastomer

I just replaced my elastomers which have lasted multiple years. Cane Creek products are always well made and premium quality. Great product support and follow thru. Highly recommended.
