Order the XT smoker bundle with rotisserie and pizza oven because of the great discounts. The company reached out and said shipping was going to cost a little more than what was originally quoted. At first I was suspicious but everything they said would happen on the phone did. Received our grill and all the extras today! About 2 weeks after original order was placed. Even with the extra shipping costs we saved almost $500 over what it would have cost us from another company. Highly recommend!!!

We were wanting to purchase this grill, but Masterbuilt was out of them at the time. Between emails and a couple of phone calls later, we received our grill. They were honest, upfront and very helpful with every step. Everything showed up on time, with the cover being sent separately from Masterbuilt. The grill went together well, per instructions. Cooks and smokes great. We are happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend Eternal Ember!
